Sponsor Relations Hosts work remotely in their home-based city in virtual and in-person collaboration with the CEO, Director of Development, Membership Agents, and Marketing.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Sponsor Relations Host plays a key role in educating organizations and businesses on costs, investments, savings, and first-person stories and impacts within theirs and Health Possible’s community’s medical and wellness care. Sponsor Relations Hosts understand a correlation between the needs of the Health Possible Wellness+ Cost Sharing Community and sponsors ability to give.

Beyond fundraising, it is each Hosts job to ensure that their Sponsors have a connection, attachment, and relationship with the impact that they made in and beyond the Health Possible community.


The Sponsor Relations Host serves their entire County and its businesses from storytelling to giving, and owns all relationship management and communication with their Sponsors thereafter. You will be responsible for:

Lead Generation & Strategy: Determining the locations and mediums of Health Possible prospective sponsors, understanding and improving your local community’s education level of holistic health, health sharing, getting leads, managing leads, and building trusted relationships with those businesses.

Relationship Development: Guest-attending our sponsors events as Health Possible representation, hosting events where sponsors can support you, ongoing trust-building and storytelling. Performing “asks” – raising money.

Sponsor Success: Track, measure, correctly analyze, and deliver healthcare, financial spending, and advertising data to Sponsors that supports their appropriate, lawful, requests per the gift given or package purchased.

Sponsor Retention and Growth: Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Event Managers, and Data Analysts to improve sponsor experience and increase sponsor giving levels.


2-5 years sales or fundraising experience preferably in healthcare and/or wellness, with a background in relationship management, customer service and goal setting.

1-3 years marketing experience of, really, any kind: Email, Writing, Social Media, Radio, TV, Podcast, Targeted Ads, other. Writing is preferred.

Have a deep understanding of your local community, what the gaps are, how businesses can make a difference, and how all involved parties can benefit from improved community health.

Strong listening skills to hear others explain their purpose or mission in life, and as a company. Must be able to empower and invite others to make a difference. Strong communication skills are required.

Strong storytelling skills to persuade your audience to sponsor individuals and families becoming better people through the support of Health Possible every day.
